I bought the orange this time. It tastes good although I probably prefer the Berry. The first time I used it I took the recommended dose (2 scoops in a cup of water) and it really cleaned me out. So now I take no more than half of that daily and it keeps things going the way they should.

Feel this product helps to keep you regular and I like the fact it has prebiotics and other ingredients to help with you feeling healthy.A little expensive though especially if you live in Canada to take every month.

It is effective. Started with two scoops but now just one scoop keeps things flowing :).

Would have given it five stars if not for the price, this product is the best fiber supplement on the market, I'm a trucker and this stuff is worth its weight in gold. Needs to be more realistic on the price though.
