I love the color sample mix in this set - you could easily wear the same color or mix & match them. I hardly ever do my nails because I refuse to pay salon prices and can never find a polish on my own that actually stays on or dries fast enough for my patience level 🙃. I did a base coat of Orly grip, then 2 coats of color and a top coat, curing for 60 seconds after each coat (except the base since it wasn’t a gel base). Last, I wiped my nails with alcohol to finish. I used the Sensational lamp in the first pic (also bought on Amazon). The only complaint I have is that the one color was so goopy, it was hard to use and I’ll probably only get this one time use out of it. Otherwise, you could probably get 2-3 uses per bottle.

A little stunned by how small the bottles are but that’s ok. The problem I have is the polish is hard to apply because it’s so thick. And why are the brushes always so big? Nail salon polish brush is much smaller and easy to maneuver.

I’m a licensed cosmetologist and have been doing my own nails for well over 30 years. I enjoy going to get them done but sometimes i just prefer to do my own. These are my natural nails with a rubber base gel. I used this gel color with my light for the first time today as soon as they were delivered! Great coverage with just one coat. Not too thick and super easy to work with! Can’t wait to try the other colors!!

Short version: The cutest kit I've seen. Good polish with a great brush & very giftable. Colors not too far off from product page.Opacity:The opacity of the solid colors is good. With 2 to 3 thin coats of the colors, I get really good coverage. With the 2 glitter polishes, it depends. If you apply them over a solid color, one or 2 thin coats are lovely. Without a base color, I had to use 3 coats & the coverage was a bit uneven-looking. I prefer using these over a base color - unless I want really muted sparkle effect.Drying time:These dried well (and I have a cheaper lamp) with at least 60 seconds for each coat. I did 90 seconds twice just because I did a thick top coat. The glitters do need (IMO) a thicker top coat or at least a double top coat so that you don't feel the sparkles.Colors:The darkest red is much too light for my darker skin. It has an orange-red tinge with 1 or 2 coats. With 3 coats, it gets better but it really is not a deep red. I applied the red glitter over it & it is deeper but nowhere near the brick-ish red shown. I do like it though and might apply it over a black polish for a better effect without the glitter polish.The glitter colors are nice but I might try thinning them out. As is, I can feel the glitter through the top coat. I could double up on top coat but... Nah.The silver glitter is much lighter than the red or gold glitter. As I mentioned, unless going for a more subtle effect, use it over a base color. I did not try the white or the lighter red. I will save those for use with some tape to do designs maybe. I might use the white underneath the glitters.The Brush:I love that the brush is contained in the handle. I did soften the bristles by soaking and flexing in some alcohol beforehand. The bristles are shaped VERY nicely for painting nails. I am HORRIBLE, especially when using my non-dominant hand & I managed to do a pretty neat job.The Kit Overall:This is super cute. The packaging is great & makes packing the kit for travel easy. Also, for this price, this is a great buy & it would make a really cute stocking stuffer/gift.The only thing I didn't like is that I probably won't ever use 2 of the colors - the white or light red/orange. Also, I had to double down on the dark red to get a true red. Maybe if I start doing some nail art?

I like how many pinks came in this kit and all are beautiful. Price was affordable too the only dislike is how much comes in each bottle wish we would get more.

The colors match the advertised product. However, they are extremely smaller than I realized!! I haven’t tried them yet, but I think they should work great!

These are way smaller than I thought they would be but I’m not upset and would buy again. The colors are pretty and what I needed.

The colors are super pretty but one of the dark green glittery shades is weird and chunky. The glitter doesn’t show it just looks lumpy.
