Grounding Pillowcase King with 15ft Cord 20x36in Gray 1pc

Good quality pillow case. I sleep better/deeper with this grounding pillowcase. That’s what is most important to me.

I was a bit skeptical about grounding sheets and I keep getting bombarded left and right from different companies telling me their product is the best. But they all want over $150 for their sheets. After a lot of research, i decided to go with this $20 pillowcase and put it under my fitted sheet so that I don't need to wash it often (which will erode the silver fibers over time). And I've been sleeping like this for a month now and instantly i could sleep through the night again and have no more shoulder and neck pain. It's amazing. I used to wake up at 2am or 3am and be awake for 1 to 2 hours at night every night and I always had headaches and occasional migraines but I seem to be fixed. Amazing. I can't believe I only now just heard of this and have suffered so many years. Thanks to Facebook advertising by a different company , i discovered this. There is also a documentary about grounding. It's called "The Earthing Movie" on YouTube.

Who knows if it works?

Throw me into the skeptical camp on this one. I did not expect much but figured this would be a fun experiment, and frankly I have spent money on worse things. However! I am five days into using this pillow and after weeks of poor sleep I have slept well all five nights. Like a light switch this pillow worked instantly. I have a stressful job which is difficult to detach from some nights, and I have a beat up body from 20+ years of working out hard. However, in the five short nights of using this pillow, I have experienced fewer (almost no) sleep disruptions, less arm-going-numbness, and much deeper sleep. Now, I was not expecting an effect on my dreams. They have been wild, vivid, and very interesting. I have been dreaming of people I haven't seen or thought of for many years, and exciting scenarios which are more like the dreams I had as a kid. I really don't care why this is happening, I am just enjoying the past few nights of restorative sleep and fun dreams. This is one of the stranger purchases I have made, and one of the most surprisingly pleasant.

I gave this a good two months test-run, and it did absolutely nothing for me. The fabric is a bit scratchy (I have sensitive skin) but I had expected this and so it was a trade off I was willing to make; it doesn’t affect my rating. I mean, it doesn’t seem realistic to expect a luxuriously soft feel when there’s silver fibers woven into the fabric. The pillowcase itself is too small for a standard, not very lofty pillow. Like the pillow itself was very visible at the opening. My biggest complaint, though, is that I noticed zero difference in my sleep quality, joint discomfort, etc. I stopped using it a week ago and my sleep has slightly improved - probably because my 100% cotton pillow case is softer. I’m disappointed that I’ve missed the return window, but that’s life.

Nice pillow case but didn’t did anything for me

When checking with digital OHM meter, make sure it is on the most sensitive setting, I thought my cord was bad until using the 2000K setting, our aches and pains are lessened after using this pillow case and the grounding sheet, I am a pessimist and thought it was a voo doo Idea, but my wife especially knew when the cord on the sheet was bad, she hurt all over until I replaced the cord, the cords are to delicate and need to be thicker skinned to keep the fine wires from breaking, so I have ordered a couple extra to avoid having to wait if by chance the cord breaks again, we wash these on delicate with high level water and barely tumble dry them for a short time, other comments are the sheets and pillow cases lose connection after to many washings, but we will see. Nice in the low humidity when the furnace is drying out the air, we have no more static electricity in the sheets and blankets.

Its too early to say if works or not and its stains purple my white new pillow .

Completely useless if you live in the uk as this pillow case does not come with a uk plug and hence cannot connect it to the earth terminal , will be sending mine back
