Not convinced
My daughter has been suffering from mentrual cramp for years so I thought these might help her.Granted she has only been taking them for a couple of weeks before her period but she said that there was no noticeable difference in the pain nd cramps.She said she will finish the pack but she was not convinced that they really helped.they are not a bad price if they work for you as you get 60 capsules for the price.Maybe after a couple of months of taking them things might improve. and if this is the case I will come back and add that to my review.

These capsules work to supress cramps etc! it comes with 60 easy to swallow tablets and the reccomended dosage is 2x a day which is a quite good amount (about £10 a month) and they have a long lasting date!

Vegan capsules
I have been happy so far with this Femtune brand. The capsules are pretty easy to swallow. I like the mix of vitamins and minerals. You get 60 capsules in the pack and the recommended daily serving is two capsules so these should last a month. Not bad for just over a tenner in price. You get a long expiry date so plenty of time to use. I appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan product.
