Our Formula includes 100% plant-sourced calcium from the marine plant Lithothamnium Calcareous (not Coral). It is an aqua-certified marine plant that is environmentally harvested from the clean, mineral-rich Atlantic waters off the west coast of Ireland and the northwest coast of Iceland. It is naturally rich in calcium, boron, magnesium, selenium, zinc, strontium, iodine and other important mineral traces necessary for optimum calcium absorption and bone health.
