Great solution, best when excellent prep is possible
Great stuff! Easy to use (with all the necessary precautions...ventilation, overspray protection, etc.) and self-levels. I used on t&g roof where it's impossible to get squeeky clean prep. But doing the best possible and using a generous coating over known cracking/leaking areas, the leaking reduced by over 50%. In a situation where prep is better or site of problem is 100% known, this stuff is a pretty sexy and simple solution to leak control. Can't give it 5 stars... roof still leaking...but per above, conditions not ideal, so can't really blame the product.
