Purchased this to replace an almost identical product I purchased in Canada 11 years ago, same make but this one is better

I waited over a week for this item to arrive and when it did, it had a US plug which was unsuitable for the UK market. After exchanging messages with the seller, they eventually agreed to refund enough for me to buy an adapter in order that the item could be used. However, the item when plugged in became too hot or too cold and was not fit for purpose. When l requested a refund l was expected to pay the postage, so not happy at all. My advice would be to only buy through Amazon directly.

The brush is very versatile. I can either curl my hair or just brush it into place. Very easy to use and heats up quickly.

Muy buen producto de CONAIR a excelente precio, la base del cepillo se siente pesada y de buena calidad. Puedo hacerme ondas sueltas fácilmente, el regulador de temperatura para distintos grosores de cabello funciona muy bien.
