I’m not sure what size The pair in the picture are, but I have a 34 inch waist and I have a size medium and size large. I prefer the size medium as the large is a little baggy on me.

Wow, that is so strange. I would see if you can contact the seller to find out the size. This underwear is great! It lasts FOREVER and it's perfect for travel. You can wash it by hand and t will dry very quickly. I'm sure there are other places online where you can buy it.
