Q: Is actual garland piece included or I have to buy separate

Our package includes 1pcs 16.4ft balloon decoration strip that you can use to make balloon garland, so you don't need to buy them separately. The following is a tutorial on the use of our decorative strip: Step 1 : Inflate balloons to different sizes and tie them. Step 2 : Put the end of the inflated balloon into the small hole of the arch strip to ensure that it does not come out. Step 3 : Use tape or rope to fix the finished balloon garland to make the perfect shape you. Step 4 : If you think the balloon arch is not full and perfect, you can use glue to stick more ballons and butterflies on it.

Q: How long do the balloons stay inflated? I need to use it outside.

I blew them up on Friday, Dec 18 around 9am, I took them down on Monday, Dec 21 about 2pm (used inside of course) some of the balloons went down but most of them were still inflated. I was also able to undo the knot and keep them for future use I still have more than enough that I can reuse. Hope this helps

Sorry, we have not used royal blue balloons and cannot be replaced for the time being, but the colors of navy blue balloons and royal blue balloons are not much different. I believe our navy blue balloons can also help you achieve the effect you want.
