I’m still on the 1st cushion of the 160 pack.So far… GREAT. The adhesive seems as good as other brands costing much more. For those having adhesive issues, perhaps make sure the mouthpiece surface is fully cleaned and free of oil and debris, and also previous adhesive. Wipe the surface with rubbing alcohol before applying. After applying, allow the adhesive to cure a couple of hours.I like the slightly smaller shape - perfect for both alto sax and clarinet.

I'm not a woodwind player, so when I play them(sax, clarinet) the vibration from the mouthpiece is VERY uncomfortable. I can feel it up in my sinuses. This pad greatly reduces the effect. Sticks well to the mouthpiece also.
