Using 55-250 and viltrox adaptor good quality I am getting,good image stabilization,4k is bad ,while video recording battery life is not good

It is dslr or normal camera,because not sharp images,what difference between this camera & nikon 5600

The same product available at canon website or at other amazon product, is way cheaper than this one. It shows the shooting speed in 120fps. while the maximum speed canon's highest end camera offer is 16fps. I am unable to understand the product here.
