Most of Bob's products are good. I use this one pretty frequently
Extends ground beef considerably and tastes pretty good. Also is lower in fat and calories than ground beef. Decent product in soup and chilis.

Makes great chili
If you haven’t tried TVP before, it gives plant-based foods the texture of ground meat. It’s delicious and has a a lot of protein. It’s great for making chili!

If you don't know how to cook, this is NOT for you.
First time using it was tricky but then you get the hang of it, it's actually quite tasty. It's not an overpowering taste either, you can flavor it more to your taste buds. But this TVP discovery has been well received. By me.

Wait for the sale around five dollars a bag
Yum. I use this stuff a lot. I try and pay less than six dollars a bag for it so I buy it when it’s on sale on Amazon.

Really great as a ground beef replacement
Really great as a ground beef replacement— I use this for chili, tacos, spaghetti sauce, whatever. It’s a great fat free, high protein ingredient.

Tacos are easy asf to make with this. Super bland, but good texture. I rehydrate w bouillon or broth instead of water and it helps.
