Has a unique flavor - light, fruity, and delicious!

Lighter than the typical dark balsamic but still sweeter than wine vinegar. It contains white grape must which is the pressings left over from making white wine, and red wine vinegar. So it has a bit of the aged aspect of balsamic but it's more like regular wine vinegar. It's somewhat fruity and goes will with raw vegetable and fruit salads or with pasta salads. If you like cabbage and carrot or broccoli slaw, it goes well as a dressing without darkening the vegetables the way dark balsamic would.

I bought this the first time on a whim. Glad I did! It is now on my subscribe list. I don't normally like vinegar but this changed my mind. I started with salads and have used it to change up a couple of other recipes.

Not too tangy but not mild either. Mix one part vinegar with one part oil and honey to taste, add salt and pepper plus any other herbs that you like, and voila! Salad dressing. This is great in a bean salad as well.

Used for dressings and marinades. Would buy again.
