Works fine until you drop it to the floor. The cap can be easily cracked and no longer usable. I wish they can use either metal or stronger material for the cap.

I bought 3 of them. One started to crack and have leak after 2 months of usage. Note, the holes are very tiny and create very high pressure. With right amount of water pressure, it's actually very comfortable to the head and body. Since these holes are tiny, it often catches dirt/mineral from the water pipe requiring to disassemble the head unit and clean up dirt/mineral. The plastic quality isn't that good, the second one starts to leak around the thread of the head unit after 4 months of usage and 2-to-3 dis-assembly of head unit.

We previously had a very expensive brand or showerhead that we hated (the water came out piercing and painful.) We decided to try this one and now we will keep it in mind as a gift idea because we love it so much. The water sprays soft but with even pressure. My skin and hair look better I think from the special fitleration.

It feels like showering under a waterfall. I am glad I am on a well because my showers are longer then before :)

It is OK and maybe it has some filtering effect, but I had to stop using it because my water pressure in a system is very good and there is nothing in this shower that slow it down. It is too much pressure for me, plus there is no water saving properties what so ever. I am considering to go to Home Depot and try to get some kind of water saving gasket. If I will able to get some, maybe I could start to use this shower head.

Bought one back in China, although the quality might be different. The one bought in China was made with better plastic and more robust. This shower head is not bad either, better than many other types of shower head (Delta Faucet, Waterpik MPC-763). First its able to disassemble, take the pieces apart for easy clean up/mineral build up. Second, because of the reserve at the head and body of the showerhead it can maintain strong water pressure no matter what your water pressure is. Third, its cheap and full of ion charged beads.
