We asked ourselves if we could do better, and my fiancé took the task upon himself to try. I have to say, the crackers he makes are fantastic.After some time, he decided to branch out further in our experimentation and try new flours – this is what led us to this product. If you haven't tried it, Tigernut flour has such a wonderful taste, it is nutty and mildly sweet. Although its flavor is nutty, the flour itself is made from a root vegetable – it is lower in fat and is packed with nutrients. And I will say again that the flavor profile is so tasty!I told my fiancé that I expect an "infinite amount of crackers" made by him for eternity. He promised to add that to his marriage vows – haha! Get yourself a bag and experiment for yourself. It is a wonderful gluten-free flour. I kept stating "customer service" until I was connected to a live person who refunded me immediately when I shook the bag so he could hear the nuts clanking. The 1 star is NOT for Amazon, but the product.
