ABE Shot, Blue Lagoon - 24 x 38 ml.

I bought this product when my normal caffeine shot supplier had been out of stock for some time. Some caffeine shots seem to have quite a bitter taste and these do not. Overall I will probably switch to them as they are better value.

Good for the morning, great start to a workout

These little pre made bottle are more expensive than buying a powder to make up your own, but these are good value compared to the price you’ll see similar brands in a gym vending machine. I usually buy the icy blue raz pre-workout from ABE and these didn’t disappoint. Easy to drink, no bits, nice flavour and quite small to fit into any pocket/bag/zip. I’d buy them again.

I get a very strong tingling side effect after drinking this. Wouldn't recommend

I used the product to gain muscles which I can safely say is working well in conjunction with my work
