You probably won't want to stand on it all day continuously. It does take some getting used to at first, and you will feel it in all the muscles of your feet, but after a while, you won't even think about it and you are exercising your legs, moving around while standing and working. I used to use it with workout shoes but now I use it barefoot and I like that better. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works as expected *by M***. on Reviewed in Canada on 23 December 2023* Sturdy and good for balancing on. I enjoy using it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ LOVE IT!!!! So versatile *by O***E on Reviewed in the United States on 19 February 2023* Purchased on a whim, I have a life limiting disorder, so I'm always looking for things to help me manage my symptoms and fight back. I'm also a former, multi sport, elite athlete. Just in the few days I've had my board (this style is different from apparatuses I used with previous trainers, maybe because it seems like a combo of a few diff apparatus styles), I've found so many ways to work on core strength, yoga/ballet forms, balance, mobility exercises, modified versions of PT and previous training exercises, and stretching all in one! Add the twisting feature and you can level up! I LOVE it. The surface is very rough, so great for grip/use with socks/footwear. Seems to be well built, I feel very stable on it and I'm pretty weak from my disorder, so that's saying something. Spouse played basketball through college and he likes it too and feels supported and safe even though he's all that height. (Peep the higher weight tolerance too)One thing I love is leaving it in a central area so even though I don't have the spoons to do a lot, I (he's started doing it too) try to pause and to one thing, like a balance or a mobility technique to get the creaks out, and go on w my day as I pass thru.I'm finding that after 2 days of that, I have that feel good soreness creeping into the right places, I call it productive pain. I'm also feeling much less stiff in my joints and spine. It's also kind of addictive. I don't make myself use it, I want to. I have high hopes for this bad boy keeping me in the fight and will definitely be sharing with everyone I know, it's definitely worth trying. Also, I needed the confidence boost that my core isn't as weak as it looks, can't judge a book by its cover!Pro tip: using a high pile carpet or thick grass helps you get acclimated when you start out, especially if you're out of practice or new, but yes, just try it! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/323118526-yes4all-versatile-wooden-wobble-balance-trainer-board-with-360-degree](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/323118526-yes4all-versatile-wooden-wobble-balance-trainer-board-with-360-degree) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
