Missing a tube
We recieved 7 out of the 8 tubes for the chandelier. We like the chandelier and want to keep it. Does anyone know how I can get a replacement part without returning the chandelier? It was a lot of work to put it together just to take it apart to return over something small enough to replace.

Not Made to U.S. Standards Disappointing Quality and Design
This product is not made to U.S. standards. The canopy is too small and does not cover a standard round ceiling box and there is no proper way to mount it without fabricating your own bracket. The wiring is extremely cheap basic speaker wire quality. Assembly itself is not difficult if you scan the QR code and watch the install video but that does not fix the core issues. Overall this is cheap poorly thought out hardware that requires extra work just to make it usable. It is not a complete kit. Very disappointed expected much better.
