Scotchcast Plus Casting Tape is a lightweight, strong and durable casting tape that combines the benefits of a fiberglass casting tape with the handling ease of plaster. This knitted fiberglass fabric is impregnated with polyurethane resin and contains a lubricating agent which makes it feel slippery when exposed to water. not all that great
i bought so when my dr did my last cast 3 rd time around because of a foot surgery i had to have they didnt stick well i had to put clear tape within a week after having on i should of stuck with my dr's colors but i wanted something different

Not so good
I purchesed a total of four of these....two were totally unusable , rock hard. A third arrived too late to be used.
