Helps develop number sense
I purchased this set to help my 2nd grader who was struggling with math homework. She had trouble using just pictures to represent ones, tens and hundreds so we used these to do some hands on math problems. The whiteboard and markers were helpful, she had fun manipulating the blocks and writing down her answers. There are plenty of blocks in this set; they are very durable. Everything fits neatly inside the box they came with. I plan to continue using it when she starts multiplication later in the school year.

Great manipulative
I have been looking for some different math manipulatives for my Kindergartner. I liked how this one will be able to be used for years due to having the hundreds and thousands. It also came with a white board divided into one's, tens, hundreds, and thousands, and a white board marker and eraser so you can write on it if necessary. Pieces seemed solid and the board was sturdy. It also came with a nice box to store them in when not using. I'm looking forward to my child getting hands-on learning in math with these manipulatives.
