Waste of money and the seller has a customer somewhere.
the phone started to malfunction after 2 months. I contacted the seller, they were supposed to send an e-mail form and they didn't send anything. 8 months passed and the phone stopped working. problems with calling on this phone because I do not listen to the other person and me, so waste of money and the seller has a customer somewhere.

Its a good enough phone.
I had the redmi note 7 before so i thought i was getting an upgrade. But in many things it lacks a bit. Good battery, good price, but the touch screen isnt as sensitive as the 7 not as responsive either, i have difficulty connecting it to my car's Bluetooth, it just has difficulty staying connected to Bluetooth in general while i had no such issues with the seven. Other than that, they re very similar, good battery, low price but the the 10s just doesn't feel like 3 models upgrade's worth.

Good phone with minor niggles
Although I have only had the phone for a week and am still finding my way around it, my overall impression is positive - nice to use with excellent battery life. I have a few minor niggles, though: (1) Charger is for European (and possibly US) wall sockets and can only be used in UK with a shaver adaptor. The charger is already relatively bulky and plugging it in through an additional adaptor is clumsy and itβs weight tends to make it partially pull out of the adaptor. I would have thought that Xiaomi could have gone to the trouble of making a charger for the UK market. (2) No user manual in the phone software - or, if there is, I have yet to find it - nor does there seem to be one for download from the Xiaomi website. (3). Built-in ringtones and notification alerts all rather twee. Have had to download a suitably robust blues harmonica ringtone and still working on finding a notification alert to my taste. (4). Unable to use any images in Photos - e.g. grandchildren pictures received via WhatsApp - as wallpaper. Have found that I can use photos I have taken via Gallery app but thatβs not helpful when said grandchildren live away. User manual might give me some help if there was one (see above)β¦. As already said, though, overall I like my new phone.

Fantastic phone !!!!!!
Sold my galaxy s21 ultra to free up some cash, and decided after looking at many phones around the Β£200 mark I took the plunge and bought thisHonestly best decision I made, it's truly a magnificent phone at this price point, very fast, great screen, fingerprint reader works everytime, battery life far exceeds the s21 ultra, decent storage and cracking processor.Struggling to find faults with this Xiaomi, everything just seems to work, and work well it doesCamera is excellent but don't expect high end images, struggles in low light conditions but for general use I've found it does the job quite well, no problems for uploading to social media sites, I never really use video but when I do I'll update this review with my thoughtsOverall I absolutely love it and have no problems with keeping it as my main phone for the foreseeable future, purchased from amazon whilst it was on offer at Β£169 !!!!, hard to beat at this price for what it doesHIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Data transfer and setup difficulty.
After a day setting up, I resorted to a phone shop to enable all my contacts, particularly Outlook, to become available. It is a phone after all! This required another app.. The official manual website did not provide sufficient data. However the phone was received, 3 days late, Royal Mail failure apparently, but has and does almost everything that it says on the tin and I am anticipating a useful successor to my Sony Xperior which also served me well but has become outdated and unreliable. WhatsApp setup is also wanting but is of less importance to me personally. Otherwise, seems good value for money and worthy of the Which? Best Buy accolade.

Great value phone
It does what it need to do and it doesn't cost an extortionate amount of money

A Little Disappointing Overall
I bought this to replace my old Google Pixel 4 which broke (accident).Surprised to see that the Pixel 4 ( a year older model) beats the 10s in every aspect with the exception of battery life and fingerprint.- Worse photos (particularly at night or with no excess of daylight)- worse materials (plastic vs metal)- Size is too big to fit comfortably in your jean pocket- Doesn't work as well with basic tools (sending stuff through whatsapp is a pain in the back side)Overall I would not recommend this phone. Get an older model for Google Pixel or Samsung and they will perform much better. This is a cheap phone and performs as such.
