Good, but spendy.
Does the job in fine order. With COPD, the need for clearing lungs is greater, and a timed-release product seems to work better (and constantly.) However, it costs signficantly more than the single 400mg tablets. With COPD progressions, I finally am forced to timed-release, and occasionally add a timed 400 as a booster. Covid, wildfire smoke, and colds skew usage needs, so can't comment further until a few seasons have passed and the world is once again steady on its axis.

Make sure you buy the strength you need.
I had used the extra strength version an was satisfied. This is regular strength - 1/2 as effective - so I take two an they work well.
