I don’t think so. This elephant is a pretty big size. Maybe 2T clothing lol.

Is this elephant stuffed well? Just wanna know before i buy

If you love elephants this product is made fantastic well made product

Is there an opening that I can add more stuffing to it through?

No. You’d have to make an opening at a seam to add more stuffing. It probably wouldn’t take much effort.
