Bc bleach does not actually do that.** A: It definitely has bleach and being a gel it does stay in place. But I get the same results using SoftScrub with bleach. Just let it set for a couple of hours and rinse. Mold and Mildew are gone. And for less money. **Q: Will this product work well for grout on ceiling of shower that has some mold spots?** A: I have only tried this product so far to silicone area in shower around the shower door silicone. There was a lot of mold build up under the silicone. I tried so many other mold cleaners and nothing worked. This product is amazing. I did have to do a couple of applications since the mold was under the silicone. There is a little left so I need to do another treatment but such a great difference. I plan on buying more. I would think it will work great on surface mold and mildew. Make sure to read directions and leave it on surface for a few hours. Totally recommend this product! Does not have much odor compared to other cleaners but still vented out bathroom. **Q: Does this work on silicone seal between shower tub and wall?** A: Best case it provides a temporary cosmetic fix. The reason mold is there is because it's not sealed and needs to be replaced and worse yet the longer you wait you risk water getting behind the wall and causing a bigger mess. It takes a little more work to remove and replace with an $8 tube of mold resistant silicon caulk but your set for 5 or more years! https://www.amazon.com/Gorilla-Silicone-Waterproof-Resistant-Cartridge/dp/B01MQW8AEM/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?keywords=mold+resistant+caulk&qid=1562633893&s=gateway&sr=8-2-spons&psc=1 **Q: How do you apply it? Do you squeeze it out of the tip? I do not see a hole at the end to squeeze it out of? Do you cut off the end?** A: You do not need to cut off the end. The black top that screws onto the white bottle is actually 2 pieces. The tip screws off leaving the part that screws onto the bottle attached. It can be closed and opened again and again ## Frequently Bought Together - Skylarlife Grout Silicone Caulk Whitener, Black Stain Problem Solver, Best for Home Sink,Kitchen,Showers,Bathroom and Floor Tile (1-Pack) - Wet & Forget Shower Cleaner Spray Multi-Surface Weekly Application Requires No Scrubbing, Bleach-Free Formula, Ready to Use, Fresh Scent, 3 Months of Cleaning, 64 Fluid Ounces, 1 Pack - Stardrops - The Pink Stuff - The Miracle All Purpose Cleaning Paste --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/322763494-skylarlife-home-mold-and-mildew-remover-gel-stain-remover-cleaner](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/322763494-skylarlife-home-mold-and-mildew-remover-gel-stain-remover-cleaner) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
