But almost not worth it because of the escaping down! They are just a headache and mess!!! This solved that problem! I now can love my down comforters. It does not interfere with breathability. It is "loud" in that it crinkles. But this doesn't bother me. It sounds "crisp" to me. This is my second one. The first, I've washed multiple times. Just gets softer and holds up well. It feels like quality materials. Zipper is fantastic! And fits great. I haven't needed to test if it's water proof. I'd say just being dense enough to keep down inside it would be naturally water resistant. It is NOT plastic.
