Superior quality from the original brand of atta with over 50 years of milling expertise. Ingredients WHEAT Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Folic Acid, Thiamin Directions Preparation method: Add 60ml of water per 100g of Elephant Atta Medium Chapatti Flour, and mix into a dough. Take a piece of the dough and roll flat to form a chapatti of preferred size. Place chapatti on hot tawa, turning occasionally, until cooked. Other attas, especially ashirwad don't match the quality of this product. I'm going to be a frequent buyer now.
