These test strips seem to work much better and are far more accurate than other amazon ones. The cheap bulk 6, 7 or more in one tests always seem to be all over the place and don't align with my pool company testing. These are a bit more expensive but a 50 pack will last thru the full season - vs throwing away half after 90 days with the larger packs. They are easy to read, the colors stand out and they are consistently accurate for my pool. Highly recommend!

These are the easiest way to test your pool water. They are very easy to read the results. they test your pool water for alkalinity, chlorine,PH and stabilizer. The shelf life on these is about 1-2 years. They come with 50 strips. These give you the correct reading too. i also bought a kit that tests for the same thing but with many different liquid drops you have to use and they both gave the same readings. It helps keep your water clarity clear.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Trying to find a good chlorine tester has been a struggle. I spent a lot of money on test trips and this one seems to be pretty accurate. He can’t be difficult sometimes however to read as the water runs onto the other pads, making the color to run. It gives a decent average as what I need to do for my hot tub. I do like it. It’s quick but you only get 50 per container so a bit pricey. Overall, to stay safe, it works.

Pool owners bash test strips all the time and I’m here to say these are the best. They are simple and accurate. I’ve used them for years and my pool always looks like this. Of course there will be someone to say there’s probably hidden issues. I say screw off. I’ve been taking care of pools for fourth years. We’ve made it too complicated and the only ones benefiting are the chemical stores. Chlorine and baking soda is all you need.

I have used 4 way pool strips forever and I had to search around to find another one. This one started off a bit uncomfortable when I opened the bottle and realized the seal had been lifted, however on inspection I saw that the strips were still dry. I used one to test my pool water today and I was. Pleased and also surprised to find out that this was giving more accurate ph readings than my old pool strips. The color chart on back is big and bold enough for me to do an inspection in low light. The font was very readable as well. Who needs a 7 or 8 way when these 4 way strips are sufficiently functional to keep your pool clear.
