I appreciate the durability, and softness. These are not the plastic ones, so they are not hot, and do not make any noise. Other people say they held air, but you can let the air out before you finish zipping them up. I don't routinely use fabric softener, I use vinegar in the rinse cycle, and they removes organic smells from wash.
