The first pillow was great and has helped my neck. I ordered a second one the guest room. Incredible support and it's a huge pillow, which I like. Both pillows arrived promptly and were very well packed and secure. The memory foam is very comfortable. I highly recommend.

Best pillow I have ever purchased. Returned so many at different stores through the years. If you suffer from shoulder pain and/or neck pain, This is a Terrific Pillow. Slept well the very first night! I ordered another as I don't want to be stuck if there is a "stop manufacturing " in the future. Hope that does not happen.Well made, nice zipper cover and Very Comfortable. I have shoulder and neck arthritis so I know how difficult it is to sleep on my side. I purchased this pillow to help alleviate the discomfort in my upper back. This type of pillow was recommended, and I am pleased with the comfort, and better sleep. I would recommend this pillow.

Firm but soft. Keeps shape yet shapes to your head. You get the best of both worlds with this pillow. My favorite part though is my neck and shoulder don't get close. It's relieved majority of that uncomfortable pain. I wish you could make this a king size pillow.

My husband has had a lot of neck pain especially when waking up. Much improved since sleeping on this pillow. Might be too soon to tell for sure, but after a couple of weeks, he is sleeping better and notices improvement. We've tried a lot of different pillows, but so far this has been the best. Good quality. No smell.

Supports my neck without too much neck pressure. I've tried a few different pillows with neck support, and this is the best. Whenever I leave without it, I'm so glad to get back home because I sleep better and wake up without the neck & shoulder aches with this pillow. I am a side and back sleeper.

I'm a back sleeper who feels better if I use an Ergonomic Contour Design pillow to support my neck when first going to bed. I ordered this model for travel, as it is smaller than mine. It appears to be well made, has no offensive odor, and has sufficient firmness. That's the good stuff! The listing indicated that it was designed for back and side sleepers. I found it to be very comfortable if I were to lay on my side; HOWEVER I'm a BACK sleeper. When on my back, the pillow is too large to cradle my neck. The goal is not to lift my head, but to align by neck and head while creating a mild stretch in my neck.So, good for side sleepers, not so for back sleepers!

I’ve only used this pillow for 2 nights and it already has improved my posture. 2 nights of the deepest sleep ever. It is very thick and dense. Worth the money. Firmest contoured pillow i’ve ever bought
