Not too flimsy. **Q: does it come with that green tool that seals the bags?** A: I have never seen a green tool for sealing - it's just a self seal. We leave our ends open so haven't used that feature yet. TMP **Q: Are they presealed at one end when shipped?** A: Yes. And well. **Q: Would i be able to seal these with my food vacuum sealer (not doing the vacuum, just sealing)?** A: I think you should be able to, it doesn't take much heat to seal them.
