Quality Park#9 Security Envelopes, Double Window, Invoices and QuickBooks Statements, 3-7/8 x 8-7/8 Inches, Gummed, 24 lb White, 500/Box (QUA24524)

I have been buying this brand of envelopes for about four years now. They are of great quality. I would say 24-lb paper. Many envelopes are cheap and see-thru. I use these for invoices printed thru QuickBooks and the invoices fit perfectly. I will admit that the adhesive is not super strong and there seems to be no adhesive on the edges. I feel this is so that opening the envelope can be made easy, but it seems that 99% of all envelopes are made this way. At first, I bought the Quality Park envelopes that were the "Reveal-N-Seal," or the ones that were self-adhesive. And I paid almost $60.00 per box of 500 at a local office supply store! However, I much prefer these envelopes, using a glue stick to seal them. I mail out about 300 invoices a month. It only takes a short time to use a glue stick, but this way, I know they are sealed completely. The self-adhesive ones barely stick at all. I always buy top quality office products and I can say that these are the best. I have bought other Quality Park items and everything they make is great. If I have a choice between Quality Park and other brands, I always choose the Quality Park. About a year ago, I wanted to try the size #10 envelope, but didn't want to buy a whole box, not knowing if they would work for our invoices. So I E-mailed or called the Quality Park company. They were very nice and helpful and mailed me some samples to try. A long review for a little envelope, but reviews at Amazon are so helpful if you have never bought that product before.

Love these, buy them for our HVAC business, I use perforated invoices and these envelopes, stamped, to increase cash flow and it works like a charm. They fit right into a #10 business envelope, I put in invoice and stamped #9 and get remittances much faster. Yes, it is an investment of time and stamp $ but the effect on cash flow has made it well worth it. Plus, customer's love that extra little bit of service.

I've been ordering these envelopes for a while now, but my most recent order, one of the boxes, the envelopes were out of alignment. The checks I use the envelopes for, the name was not visible. I compared it to others and the envelope was changed.

ITS A GOOD PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE. AT FIRST I JUST GOT ONE BOX TO TRY THEM OUT AND THEY TURNED OUT TO BE REALLY GOOD. NOW I ORDER THEM ON A REGULAR BASIS. AT MY COMPANY WE USE GLUE STICKS TO CLOSE ALL OF OUR LETTERS SO I DONT KNOW HOW IT WORKS WITH CLOSING THEM WITH WATER. GOOD PRODUCT AND GOOD PRICE.

This product was exactly what we were looking for and exactly what the company said it was.

They look alright to me. I haven't started using the yet. The price is right. Office supply stores are asking almost twice as much than I bought these for and the same quality and quantity.

I use these with Quickbook statements. Have been able to insert up to 9 pages and still get a seal. No problems, great price.
