Good food just wasn't frozen.
They were all thawed out and I don't know how long they didn't have dry ice. I didn't see any dry ice at all. The inside of the shrimp boxes were really warm. Not frozen . I'm glad that they came two days earlier than expected otherwise they probably would have been rotten.
