I was very skeptical about purchasing this product. You hear so much negative things about using HRT. I survived Delta COVID last August but am now suffering long covid. I'm also post menopause. This label continues to disintegrate each time I touch it. It leaves flakes in my hands while trying to apply. Very disappointing when the price jumped almost $11 from the last purchase earlier in the year.

I had my hormones checked medically & I had almost 0 progesterone. I had been using this for months before the test. My cycle was also off & this made no difference + I had no symptoms of progesterone increase.
