My husband bought this chair, and it was a great experience. I bought this chair for my office, but pieces were missing in the first shipment, so I couldn't put it together. I hauled it back to UPS, waited another week, and a second chair arrived. This box arrived in rough shape, not fully closed, and the headrest was broken. I'm not sending back the chair AGAIN. Definitely need to rethink how they package their product. It is a comfortable chair though.

New to the work from home situation in client services and needed the most comfortable and durable chair I could find to support my 220 lb , 5' 11" frame in. I'm a big guy and wanted ventilation to keep me cool while also supported. This chair does it ON POINT!! The headrest is the cherry on top as it is adjustable and, with the tilt back feature to recline, it is the ultimate in luxury to take a quick "fifteen minute snooze break"! It's like having a quick recharge in a hammock. Very, VERY happy with my new purchase. Hope you are as happy as I am with spending hours in comfort bringing home the bacon. LOL! Happy comfort!

I am 5’3” and this chair is way too big. The seat is so deep I can’t sit all the way back and work at my desk for any support. Even when you sit all the way back the lumbar support is nothing. My feet are not on floor at lowest setting. The seat also tends to slope backwards. I suggest this for a much taller person. Assembly was fine, the mesh material nice, but size was off for me

Box should have been double boxed as box came very damaged. Unfortunately as per other reviews it came with missing parts, the 5th wheel!! Very disappointed, chairs looks beautiful, is ergonomic but must prop up the leg that has the missing wheel! Please send us the fifth wheel!

Missing parts like other reviews
