I began using this product and switching to a mostly-keto diet about 9 months ago. Also, about 25 pounds ago! I have gotten down to my high school graduation weight (1980) and been very stable there even while moderating my diet. I eat the occasional carb, take 2 of these a day, and feel great! Worked for me!

I'm soooo disappointed!! I been taking these vitamins for two weeks already. Every morning, on empty stomach, just like recommended. How much pounds do u think I lost? Zero! ZERO!!! In fact I'm actually 2lbs heavier than I was two weeks ago!! How it saying that it will help loose up to 60lbs in two months? by this calculation I should have lost 15lbs in two weeks, I would've been happy if it was loosing 3-5 lbs in two weeks. But not gaining 2 lbs!!!!! Ughh! What sold me that all the shark tank billionaires were invested in these vitamins, such a disappointment

I think its a solid product i dont know why its getting bad reviews. Most products like this hurt my stomach but this keto burn did not. I took two and was never hungry through the day. I usually am and only eat once a day most days. Worked for me try it out.
