I see some of these reviews and they say they were ripped off one way or the other. They probably didn't check what they ordered. This is the same brand that I have been buying for at least 40 years. There is 12 boxes in this particular item. I now usually buy the 250 gram package , to me , that is the most economical way . I am still an old hippie and I burn 2 to 3 or 4 everyday . my house smells like an old "Head Shop" . Everyone always comments about the beautiful smell . My main is Nag Champs , but Superhit , Golden Sandalwood , White Sage , are favorites too . Any Satya variety is a good one . Don't buy cheap brands ! Peace !! The brand you want is SATYA SAI BABA CHAMPA AGARBATTI .The reason the package is almost identical is they were brothers and one broke off to start an independent business and unfortunately had to come up with a different formula . Right now the price for the real brand is $5.99 for a box of 12 cones . That is a big difference but you get what you pay for , it's that simple . Peace !

This stuff is expensive in the store (relatively speaking), while the amazon price was really cheap. It made me have doubts this was a real product, and was instead some scam. Just after christmas, last year, the priced dropped far enough where I was willing to take the gamble, and I've was pleasantly surprised that this is exactly as marketed. This 12 pack makes 12 good presents to give to other people, though I did open one and use it for me. I don't go through it very quickly, but it's nice to have when you want to recenter a room to a familiar scent.

Can't beat the price. The longer it sits, the better it smells.

First order was perfect and had the Original Nag Champa incense (12 boxes) inside. I accidentally deleted the photo of that box with all 12 legit boxes inside. This is my second order and I have 12 boxes of "Earth" scented incense. Maybe it was an oversight - I understand things can happen. As soon as I peeled the bag open (not the box it is still sealed) I saw the box labeled Earth and sealed it back up for return but these aren't eligible - I didn't mind that seeing as the first order was legit and perfect. I contacted support and they made things right so I assume it was just a mistake. I love burning this incense and am about half certain I will buy from this seller again.*Update* This Earth scent incense is Verrrry pungent-you can tell straight away it is not Nag Champa and it seems it would be some overpowering floral scent when burning...BUT - since I was stuck with this product I decided to open a box and burn a stick as today is Ekadasi and I thought it would be pleasing to my deities. To my surprise the Burning scent is actually nice! However, the in box scent is almost too much personally and doesn't smell the same at all; again the smell when burning is not obnoxious and reminds me simply of a fireplace. Overall Earth scent is acceptable and I hope my deities are pleased. The customer service was on point and out of respect I may suggest that they withdraw the refund they issued as I am not dissatisfied though it was not my original choice.

This has been my favorite incense for a long time, and I've bought countless boxes of it in stores, so when I came across this great deal on Amazon, I HAD to order it!! I'm not sure why some people are saying that they only got one box with their order; I received a large box, as in the picture, with TWELVE (12) smaller, long rectangular boxes inside it (the usual incense boxes you buy in the store). I opened one of the boxes and lit a stick right away, and it smelled wonderful!! The package was also shipped VERY quickly; I would recommend buying from this seller-- this incense is wonderful for meditation, and is just an all-around wonderful scent!!
