Love it
A trolling reel with a line counter at this price point is pretty great. I've been out with it (them, I bought a second one) three times now, and it preformed well. The line peels out quick, even without much weight. I replaced an Okuma with this that I had to peel line out by hand. That's why it was replaced.

Great for pulling cranks
So far his reel great. Looking for smaller reel to pull crank baits for crappie. Also want line counter. So far this is the smallest I’ve found without going to more expensive low profile. It’s smooth, drag is great setting to drop crank is good. Line counter is very good

Perfect First Trolling Reel.
Great to have for a beginner trolling reel. Already had a medium/heavy pole that I needed a reel for and it worked great. Line counter is accurate which is key when trolling at specific depths. Manual is simple to follow for correct setup. Good weight balance on the pole and quality material. Shakespeare is usually my go to for anything fishing so I’m very happy with it. Definitely recommend for a first time trolling setup.

Fairly good reel.
I bought 2 and they work pretty well, no complaints. They are a good value for a ''lower end'' Trolling reel. I would give them 5 stars, but they are really an ''economy class reel''.

Good Reel for Price
Awesome Reel for trolling cranks! Clicker is a little loud when pulling drag out but I could care less about that personally

Works- mostly
The line counter has always slipped a cog- sometimes you need to press the reset multiple times to get it back to zero, and sometimes it does not count. The magnifying window fell out, so I guess I need to glue that back in. Looking for a better built option to replace it with eventually.
