Excellent
Well worth the cost. The Coffee Crumb Cake is just right, not to sweet. The chocolate is also good but just a little on the sweet side. The other flavors are kind of cloyingly too sweet. Most impressively, it has ZERO added sugars and is HIGH in fiber. Look closely at the label, compare it to others, especially the name brands, and you will be impressed. About two bucks per serving. Not too bad. REMEMBER...this is not a protein shake (for weightlifters, etc.). I have always been bad at eating breakfast, I mix this with 8oz of milk and my creatine powder...Perfect.

I love this product!
It does everything as advertised. It tastes great, mixes well (keep it loose in the container), and curbs my appetite so much that I have lost a noticeable amount of weight in the last few months! The price keeps ticking upwards but still worth the price.

Delicious, but there's some things you should know.
I think this stuff is a really good alternative to other more expensive meal replacement shakes. My only thing is it's low calorie content. If you are using this as a full meal replacement, it should probably be put into overnight oats rather than drinking it straight. It doesn't have enough calories to be considered a meal that would tide you over energy-wise. If you're just drinking it as a shake, it should probably be supplemented with something else that will get you those missing calories if you don't eat much else throughout the day.It is truly delightful in overnight oats. It honestly does feels like eating a piece of cake, so that's a bonus if you have a sweet tooth that just doesn't quit. That also being said, I've been using one scoop of this mixed with a second scoop of a different, more mild flavored chocolate vitamin shake to level out the richness. I feel like two scoops is overwhelming in overnight oats form. As a shake itself, it's also got a very rich, peanut butter-centric flavor that you have to be ready for, but to me, it's not something I can't get past. I still think it's very tasty.โผ๏ธ I recommend using almond milk as a pairing, and using more than 10oz as the product recommends. 12 to 14oz would be more suitable, in my opinion. I also feel like the scoop you are provided is way too big, and you could get away with using a scoop only slightly smaller while still getting the same benefits. If you always use the scoop provided, you'll go through this stuff quick. Again, I do recommend mixing this with another powder (if you already have it on hand) with a less potent taste to get the most bang for your buck.Quick, easy, and budget friendly. We're all financially struggling out here, so the fact that you can add some oats and save major money on a meal with comparable nutrients is huge. Would definitely recommend.

No Chaulkiness. Amazing Taste. Budget Friendly
I have tried a lot of different brands of meal replacement shakes. This one has zero chaulkiness to it, not even an after taste. It is so smooth and tastes exactly as the flavor describes it to taste. I love making mine extra creamy, so I always add a little frozen yogurt and milk instead of water. I happened to overfill my blending cup (not shaker cup), so I made a little well in the powder to get the milk to go to the bottom. I wasn't thinking about the powder, and wen to lick the yogurt off of my finger; i got a mouth full of powder. I was expecting to gag, but even dry, the mix has a good flavor.Recommedation for a recipe:Peanut butter mint chocolate chipI added 1/4 cup of frozen mint chocolate chip yogurt to mine and it was amazing. If you like more of a peanut flavor, add a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter (or even peanut butter powder, though i'm not sure of the grittiness of this as I haven't tried it myself yet). Also, adding a little bit of coffee is also amazing.

Chocolate peanut-butter is very tasty
Delicious. Not gritty. I mix half a banana or strawberries in. Can be very filling. Using two scoops per serving twice a day, it does not last but about a week. Itโs a little pricy considering how much is in the container.
