Is the mouth of the glass narrower than other Riedel glasses?

This is one of my favorite Riedel glasses. It is easy to hold and the mouth of the glass is not narrower than most of the other red wine glasses.

Where is this made? Can you use this as a water glass?

I'm not sure where this is made, and you can certainly use it as a water glass if you like. We loved these and used them for wine, cocktails and sometimes water.
