Yes. The clipboard is slightly larger than a standard piece of paper.

Does the cheat sheet on the back removable ?

The sheet removes easily and did not leave any residue! I would purchase this item again. I am a teacher and use it for my assessments.

Can a 12.9 inch ipad fit inside?
