I have tried at least a dizen different brands and no one comes even close to this one. It keeps me dry day of night. Does not leak. Most important, it fits comfortably.

As a geriatric care maanger and RN, I find the Seni line of products superior to other brands for my clients' incontinence needs. They hold an amazing amount and do not leak with proper sizing, they do not need to be changed as often yet keep the skin dry to prevent breakdown, and so they end up being cheaper over the long run since you use less per week.. My clients are happy, and their caregivers appreciate not having to do so many laundry loads and linen changes since everything stays dry!

Soft & Absorbent however since stopping their direct order and moving to Amazon it takes far grater time to even ship out and be received. Used to get next day two days max if ordered after noon. Now 4days sometimes longer. Last time I had to contact them to ship a product 2 days after ordered due to an urgent need.

Male family member tried these and they leak after one pee. He is wheelchair bound. This brand of underwear does not have the padding in the right place for a male who sits. On the other hand, these underwear have a lot more padding than Depends, are softer than Depends, and the stitching is not as stiff and irritating like the Depends brand.

Outstanding quality and comfort. I provide this product to support my wife in memory care. It is by far greatly superior to the facility product.

we like this underwear but i wish there was one that could be used during the night and i would to only have to use one undergarments instead of three to prevent leaking we like the way they fit and the amount of liquid they obsorb. my husband finds them very comfortable and we find them easy to wear with no irrational to the skin
