I didn't have any problem with them being broken inside the package. I didn't really care about flavor because I used them as decorations, but I tried a few and they taste alright. I wish they were slightly brighter red, because the color is kinda muted, but I'm giving 5 stars because not many people selling these, so about as good as it gets for this niche item. I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again.

I love boba and this tastes almost exactly the ones like I get at the store. The syrup was absolutely addicting and easily went up the straw too, but of course a few popped but that is to be expected. Would definitely recommend!

I received the product and it was not packaged correctly. The jar had been smashed and the seal under the lid had come loose. The package inside was a sticky mess with a little of the product leaking out.Great flavor though!

Went to return and found that you can't . Lid was not on correctly when delivered. Safety packaging opened Leaked all over everything in box.

This was exactly what I was expecting! I was nervous to purchase due to bad shipping reviews and such, however my package was perfect upon arrival. I used this In unsweetened tea and it tasted just like the boba stores! Highly recommend!

The taste was good, but the package leaked all over the box it was shipped in. A little expensive to not have been packed better :-(

Great flavor and texture. Will be buying more in larger quantities for our ice tea.
