Best product out there for sulcus thrush! Helps reduce moisture and helps those hard to reach sulcus cracks heal. Owner is amazing, I reached out to the company and talked through things with him regarding a horse I had who had severe sulcus thrush. I am so glad I listened to him. I was ready to stop using the product but come to find out I wasn’t using it property or enough. They don’t just try to market to make money, they actually care about your horse healing. Keep using it and don’t quit until their sulcus crack is healed.

This product works great for thrush, and deterioration of the frog and heel. Treats thrush fast, and hardens the frog and sole in the process. Easy to apply. But I recommend getting a soft-bristle frog brush, something with plastic bristles about the density of a firm toothbrush. The steel bristles of a hoof pick can be a bit too harsh. Use the frog brush to clean the sole and frog, apply the powder, then use the brush to get the power into sole all around the frog, any cracks in the heel, and out to the white line. Twice-a-day for multiple days until the sole firms up, then once a day for a few days, then just every few days for maintenance. I always keep this stuff on-hand, especially in the springtime.

I’ve spent more time dealing with and learning about thrush than I care to admit. This powder product makes the most sense to use to help gently clear out this super pesky bug. For deep cracks, I gently use the side NOT THE POINT of my hoof pick to pack in, or if the horse is sensitive to that I use a non caustic liquid product to flush that part and sprinkle this around the rest of the foot. I also used this on scratches and they went away within a week, mild case though only 4-5 abrasions smaller than a dime. It’s non caustic and my sensitive OTTB shows zero signs of discomfort with this. It actually works, too. I use it 2-3x a week until the central crack has grown out which may take a month+. Don’t need to use a ton of product, and it’s more environmentally friendly than other product options. and clean environment. I also packed it some small hoof wall separation and that grew out evenly in the same time frame. I like that this seems to improve the integrity of the hoof and doesn’t become a crutch—don’t need to retreat or constantly treat— means it actually works and supports hoof health. Don’t need to use a ton of product, and it’s more environmentally friendly than other product options. However, I wish it was a little more economical for full barn use (bulk sizing). It’s a little annoying to keep buying smaller bottles, I’d rather refill from a large bag to the small applicator bottle.

Great product, always use it in prolonged rainy weather as a preventative measure.

This product is the only product that has made any progress on my horses thrush. He has a big heel crack and I’ve been trying everything to get it to close. I’ve been using this product for only 2 weeks and notice a difference. Only downfall is that it does end up being more expensive to use because the bottle is so small. I’ll definitely get a good 3 weeks out of it. Worth it to help close up the heel crack

I was lead to believe that I was ordering the 5.5 oz. bottle and received the 2.5 oz bottle. Stupid expensive for only a 2.5 oz bottle.
