3Carb is a resistant starch - meaning although it's made from waxy maize, it's modified to act like a fiber. It produces low glucose and insulin responses, helping you sustain and maintain free fatty acid (FFA) oxidation in both the liver and muscles. This steady flow of energy comes without spikes and no drop off: Energy for hours. We've been using and testing 3Carb for years, both with ourselves and the athletes we coach. We've successfully used it with Keto-adapted athletes as well as those on more traditional diets, from endurance events to the weight room, and it's never let us - or our athletes - down. DID YOU KNOW: You can use Tart Strawberry 3CARB as a gel-based product. Just mix 1 scoop of 3CARB with 12-18 oz. water. Concerned about intracellular hydration for the long haul? Add 1/4 tsp. Himalayan sea salt to a serving of Tart Strawberry 3CARB in 32 oz. of water and drink it throughout your marathon run or extended/multiple training session(s).

but carbs normally do not bind with water easily. Great taste
You do need a lot of water to mix it with, but carbs normally do not bind with water easily. Great taste, I like how it is not sweet. Thanks for a great product!

The tart strawberry flavor is AMAZING..
At less than a dollar a serving you can't beat this clean fuel by 3FU3L. The tart strawberry flavor is AMAZING... a fun flavor which is refreshing during and after a trail run in this So Cal heat wave we are having right now.

not an easy mix
Really want to be able to try this as it should be but it just doesn't dissolve into an easily drinkable..drink. The most I can get into a full blender bottle (about 20-24 oz of water) is about a 1/3 scoop and even then it doesn't fully dissolve. Any more, and the drink starts to become pretty hard to put down because it becomes more and more like a cough syrup consistency.. putting down a full bottle of that consistency is pretty nasty, at least for me. I can't speak so much on how well it works because it seems like I would need about a gallon of water to get a full scoop into drinkable solution, unfortunately.

Very thick, undrinkable.
I tried it and mixed it to the directions but the more I stirred the thicker it got. I tried to make it drinkable but gave up.
