The first time I used it the handles just melted and I got a burning smell from all the plastic surrounding material... have just returned it - maybe got a defective piece.. lets see what happens

Amazon pls remove this horrible sub standard product....the handles melted and the whole house smelt plastic.....kindly arrange for refund for all....

I would not even give 1 star to this product. I ordered it long back but didn’t get to use it so far. Today when I used it for the first time the crockpot handle just melted away within 10 min of switching it on. I then switched off the crockpot. After that it didn’t work at all. Absolute waste of money. Very very disappointed.

if i could give this a 0 i would. the handles literally melted off and my whole house smelled like plastic for days. why do they sell here if the voltage doesn’t align? no idea? please don’t get this without checking the voltage

Do not buy! The entire outer of the cooker got searingly hot and the handles melted off. I have since gone through the reviews here and have seen that other people have had the same problem. This item needs to be removed from all platforms as is it a huge fire risk! Very annoyed at the money spent and wasted!

Item arrived and we tried using it the same day. Crock pot got so hot that the handles melted off and my partner could smell burning plastic. Good thing he was home to catch this..

Handles melted off in 20 minutes after first use definitely would not recommend

This is a great CrockPot and is a great value for the money. It is a large pot that feeds 10 people or produces a lot of meals for the freezer. It's also easy to use with the 3 settings...you don't need a college degree to run it...it's simple and reliable.

I bought this 7-quart Crock-Pot mainly for meal prepping, and so far it’s been exactly what I wanted. The capacity is one of the biggest positives. I can cook several pounds of meat at once and have enough food for multiple meals without overcrowding it. I actually prefer the simple manual controls. There’s no app, touchscreen, or complicated programming—just Low, High, and Warm. Set it and let it cook. The removable stoneware also makes cleanup pretty easy, which matters when you’re using it regularly. It is fairly large and takes up some counter/storage space, but that’s expected with a 7-quart model. Pros: • Large enough for family meals or weekly meal prep • Very simple controls • Removable crock makes cleanup easier • Keeps food warm after cooking • Feels sturdy for the price Con: • No timer or automatic shutoff, so you have to plan around the cook time Overall, if you want a basic slow cooker without paying extra for features you probably won’t use, this is a solid option. I’d buy it again.
