This Indian Healing Clay is a fine powder clay that mixes easily. I add apple cider vinegar and/or essential oils as well as water and they mix in readily. The next time I make a batch of homemade rosewater, I’m going to try that mixed in with this Indian Healing Clay.This Indian Healing Clay mixes up to a very smooth consistency so it is easy to apply (I use a mask brush). It rinses off without a struggle (I use warm water and a washcloth). Afterwards my skin feels extra smooth, taut, and my skin tone is more even. To me this is a deep cleansing/purifying mask. My skin is dry to normal, so this is a once a week mask for me. I like that there are not 97 ingredients including chemical compounds I don’t even recognize. It’s simple. It’s pure. I love that it actually works! Most hair and facial products don’t make much difference . But with this products I felt the difference after first wash!I do hate the smell of apple cider vinegar ( that the instructions tell you to mix clay with ) so I just mixed it with water . I’m sure that makes it less effective in some way, but just mixing it with water still worked well on my face and hair. It made my hair soft and added some volume to my bleached dry hair. It worked well on face too. It was a relaxing self spa treatment ! I also think the price is great. Most other Mayan clay products I was looking at buying were higher price.And the best part is that it’s made in USA. I love products that are made in USA as I can trust the quality better. Love this stuff makes my skin look great. I use about once a week sometimes less it really depends on how I am feeling. I will say the application of the product is easy however getting it to mix goo enough so that you don't have any clumps will deffeintly take some trail and error not to mention the color isn't the most visually pleasing lol.I for some reason make. a mess just simply opening the lid of the jar it may not happen for you but If it does don't feel bad it happens to me too lol.Major draw back that I just started noticing is that my face feels slippery sometimes after using the product which leads to me thinking the mask is still on even after I doubled cleansed.
