It heats up well, has a solid feel, and is so simple to clean. I have used this pan regularly for the past 3-4 months without issue. No scratches or stains after continued use. Still retains "nonstick" ability. The glass cover is a nice addon. Concerning nonstick features, if you don't use oil, butter or some kind of fat your food will stick to any pan you cook on. The more scratched up the pan, the more food will stick to it. This is why for pans like this, you should not use any metal utensils , to avoid scratching. You also shouldn't need to use any abrasive scrubbing when cleaning. My one gripe would be the handle material, it feels like some kind of plastic or resin.
