The vast majority of Americans are both zinc- and magnesium-deficient. Considering how many of the body's processes rely on these two vital minerals, it makes sense to supplement, especially if one is active and athletic (sweat depletes the body of these minerals). The Ingennus Neurobalance product is a reasonably priced option. Most health supplement formulations are hit-or-miss and it requires a leap of faith to suppose that they are providing any benefit at all. But magnesium is different. The deeper sleep it affords became immediately apparent to me when I started taking ZMA (zinc-magnesium complex) several years ago. My dreams morphed literally overnight from forgettable, silly little vignettes into memorable, full 4k high-def epic productions with casts of thousands and surround-sound quality audio. Deeper sleep = more thorough recuperation with the side benefit of those immensely entertaining dreams.

A month ago, I purchased this product on a whim. It appeared in an ad, the price was good and I thought, “Why not?” When it arrived and I saw it only had three ingredients that seemed common to me, I was actually disappointed and let it sit on my shelf for almost two weeks. Then, cue the magic. As an ADHD woman, I have days where my anxiety becomes so severe it becomes like a tangible, monstrous pit in my stomach/chest and nothing seems to help. I have tried antidepressants, but have since decided my best course is exercise and supplements. I actually spend about $100 a month in supplements for me and also for my autistic son and they don’t always do the trick. I was having one of those days and decided to give this product a try. The first day, I took two. By the next day, things felt a bit better, so I decided to keep taking it, only I took one this time. Within a week, the ominous feeling of something terrible was going to happen, went away. I felt more calm, less irritable and was falling asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. For the first time in possibly a decade, I have been sleeping through the night. I usually wake at 2-3 am, sometimes in a panic and that hasn’t happened since taking this product. I also used to have to take melatonin to sleep, but haven’t had the need to take it for the last couple weeks! Because it has been going so well for me, I started giving this to my adult autistic son. Within a week, I noticed he has also been a lot less irritable and is able to finish tasks without losing focus. It almost seems too good to be true. If you are a neurodivergent family, you need this product! You are probably deficient in these minerals/vitamins. I wish I had discovered this twenty years ago, but I’m grateful for the difference it is making in our lives now. I am cutting out half of the other supplements I had been taking and am looking forward to a new, better quality of life. Thank you deeply to the makers for inventing this life changing product!

This product gave me intense heartburn, nausea & headaches...right from the very first dose. I do not blame this particular brand or company. I have tried zinc in liquid form with the same results. I honestly felt better after a few days of taking this...but my stomach reacted very badly so I had to stop. As with other products...I first lower the dose...then stop and restart a couple of days later to see if it was indeed the product itself. In this case the days off were normal but the days on caused stomach issues. I’m sorry I had to quit this because I love how it had the other ingredients I also need. I returned this product.

dès le 1er et le 2e jour, ce complexe m'a détendue, littéralement, à chaque prise, je pense que j'étais en carence évidente. - le service client est ultra réactif, et sympa (en anglais) - d'après le service client,il s'agit bien de L-méthionine, bien assimilable par l'organisme, (au contraire de la D-méthionine, pratiquement non assimilable, mais jamais précisé par les fabricants) et vu l'efficacité du produit, ça me semble juste - livraison rapide bref, parfait.
