Great product gives a great workout 💪💪
Great product, only thing is I wouldn't take it half an hour before working out , more like ten mins , it kicks in quickly and gives you energy and a great pump 💪💪💪

Really good but start with only 1 scoop
This is my second preworkout, I started with the optimum nutrition one and that was decent but wanted something with more of the actual important ingredients. Love this preworkout but I’d recommend starting with only 1 scoop and taking a week or 2 off every now and then as personally my tolerance builds very quickly to this preworkout compared to others. Taste isn’t exactly amazing but it does give you that energy you need.

Needle hole in the top cover
Like a lot of reviews on here this one have a little needle hole in the too cover. I took a few doses and it feels legit though. Living in US we have only crazy overpriced preworkouts that will make you gas out during hard sets. With blood and guts the body is always the limiting factor and not the energy level. Also it tastes far superior to any 5* american preworkouts.

Tastes worse than you can imagine
On taste I’d give it 1 stars and under. My advice is throw it down your throat and move on lol. Performance is decent, I actually like it tbh minus the taste. I even threw it in a shake and with some real watermelon and nothing helped it. I slap it in the min amount of water and neck it. The product I kinda like, starts off intense with energy then but by bit it slows down. Giving you a good rush for hours. The main rush is about 1 hour or so and overall around 4+ hours. Rush wise it’s better than the pre made syrup shots.

Great product
Fantastic Pre for those of us that are more caffeine tolerant than the average Joe. I'm serious about that, this stuff is POTENT. It also includes efficatious doses of Citrulline and Beta Alanine which is a nice touch compared to other products (albeit only if you take it every day which would be excessive - still nice though and should provide some benefit if not the full effects). As for the drinkability the flavour of the watermelon version is surprisingly pallatable and I had no problems atall with it (I wouldn't say its super nice - it is still preworkout afterall) and is dissolves easily in 200ml of water with a shaker. overall 10/10 would recommend, best Pre I've used.

Don’t buy this flavour
I like my Mojitos , so pre workout with that flavour would be great . Unfortunately really disappointed with this product . Doesn’t taste like a Mojito at all ! Don’t waste your money . Cola flavour from this company is best
