The first bracelet I received I believe to have been faulty with a weak chain because it broke in just a few days of wearing it - I reached out the to seller and they took action immediately and replaced my Phoenix bracelet! This one just feels better made, and it's beautiful! I will purchase from this seller again, not only because of the item I purchased, but also for the wonderful customer service they provide! They stand behind their product and take care of their customers!

I really like this bracelet! It is very pretty and of good quality for the price. My only complaint is the clasp is very short and doesn't have a swivel so getting it on by myself can be a minor ordeal and is the reason for the 4 stars. I may modify/replace the clasp to address this. Otherwise, I am pleased with my purchase.

I love everything about this bracelet, except the clasp. Its tricky to get closed, I will likely swap the clasp out. I have to see what makes the most sense for this style bracelet. Don't let that stop you from picking this up if you like it. Promise you will not be disappointed.

I bought 3 different bracelets one was perfect, I wear it everyday. But this one and the other one I got are turning my daughter's waist green. Thought they were not supposed to do that? Sad. These were gifts.

This bracelet is gorgeous, but I would only recommend wearing it to a dinner date every once in a great while. The clasping chain is extremely fragile and won't take much to break if it gets caught on anything. I'd recommend buying a more resilient chain and modding the bracelet before using it for fun night outs or every day wear.Wife loved it, but was broken within a couple hours of wearing it around the house. Pretty bracelet tho.
